Rental time
Every rental is for a 4 hour timeframe. We set up an hour prior to event start time (this is in addition to the 4 hour period).
Can you rent for more than 4 hours? Yes! Each additional hour is $50/ hour.
Can you request an earlier set up time? Yes! $50/ hour prior to the designated hour window that we set.
If we have multiple parties set for one day, set up may be a little earlier than the one hour timeframe. We do not charge you if time is added on due to our route. We plan our route based on timing of parties and locations.
Outdoor sET UPS
Soft play can be set up indoors or outdoors. Outdoor set ups will be set up on grass or concrete only. (No rocks, wood chips, sand, dirt, etc). Flat surfaces work best for the set up. Please keep in mind that the flooring is soft (safest for your little ones!), and will buckle with uneven surfaces. We use a tarp underneath to help as much as possible.
There will be a $100 fee added onto any outdoor set up bookings. Each set up is cleaned and sanitized thoroughly, and extra heavy cleaning is needed to remove dirt, grass, etc from outside events.
We understand that the little ones have so much fun jumping in the ball pit and throwing the balls around. We ask that balls from the ball pits be in the ball pit for pick up. This makes for a smoother pick up from your event.
It is expected that set ups remain in the location we set them up in. If we arrive for pick up and the fencing, flooring, soft play items are scattered around your event location, there will be a $200 extra clean up fee added and will be collected before leaving your location. We hope that our set up is treated respectfully, and most importantly that your little ones have an amazing and memorable experience!
Delivery Fee
We charge a $30 delivery fee. If the location of your event includes any tolls or bridges, the toll/ bridge fees will be added onto the delivery fee.
Payments
We require a $200 deposit to reserve your date. Your date is not reserved until the deposit is received. The deposit will be deducted from your total for the event.
Final payments are due ONE WEEK prior to your event. If you want to pay cash for the balance, it is required that payment is received prior to set up. Please plan accordingly.
